REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been made (engraved) or packed or shipped out. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order, and we are happy to do so as long as the item has not yet been prepared for shipment.

Please note that a cancellation fee of £4 will be charged to cover the transaction costs.
