• Loss of packages during transit
• Theft of packages during transit (proof of theft required)

• Loss or theft occurring after the package has been safely delivered and received by the customer
• Any items not included in the warranty purchase

2.2 The Shipping Warranty is void if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
