1. Coverage:
The Shipping Warranty covers the following scenarios:

• Damage to items during transit
• Loss of packages during transit
• Theft of packages during transit (proof of theft required)

2. Exclusions:

2.1 The Shipping Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper handling or use by the recipient
• Loss or theft occurring after the package has been safely delivered and received by the customer
• Any items not included in the warranty purchase

2.2 The Shipping Warranty is void if the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete.

3. Claims Process:

3.1 To file a claim, customers must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery date. Claims filed after this period may not be honored.

3.2 Required documentation for a claim includes:

• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.)
• Photographs of damaged items (if applicable)
• Proof of theft

3.3 Our customer service team will review the claim and, if approved, provide the following resolution:

Replacement of the damaged or lost item(s)

4. Refunds and Replacements:

If a claim is approved, replacements will be processed within 5 business days.


5. Limitations:

5.1 The Shipping Warranty applies only to the original order and cannot be transferred to subsequent purchases or exchanges.

5.2 The maximum liability under the Shipping Warranty is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) covered.

6. Modification and Termination:

6.1 Chikaag reserves the right to modify or terminate the Shipping Warranty at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to orders already covered by the warranty.
